  • PL-LA12 (FG-901554-00)
  • PL-SUB18 (FG-901555-00)

These products come with a 3-year manufacturer’s limited warranty. They are serviceable. For a list of spare parts and replaceable board assemblies, please visit our online part store.

Q-SYS is introducing the UC-MTR-L-NA (Lenovo 12QT), a Q-SYS UC compute and controller bundle. This product comes with a 3-year manufacturer’s limited warranty. It is a field serviceable item (ONLY by Lenovo Premier service technician).  If you receive a request for repair, please follow the below instructions to assist the customer.

1.)    If you are not a Q-SYS dealer, then please refer the customer to the original place of purchase. 

2.)    If you are a service center and a Q-SYS dealer, and the customer purchased the unit from you, then please contact your regional QSC Support Center.

Dear Service Partner, 

Q-SYS is introducing the QIO-TEL2 and QIO-AES8x8, both Q-SYS Audio I/O Expanders. These products come with a 3-year manufacturer’s limited warranty. They are not serviceable items. If you receive a request for repair, please follow the below instructions to assist the customer:

1.) If you are not a Q-SYS dealer, then please refer the customer to the original place of purchase. 

2.) If you are a service center and a Q-SYS dealer, and the customer purchased the unit from you, then please replace the unit from your stock and send the faulty unit back to a QSC Service Center nearest you. You will need to request an RMA from Customer Care. Once we receive the faulty unit, we will issue a credit to your account for the faulty unit.
